6. Memberships, Subscriptions & Registrations
IFCR Chennai collects payments online only in the form of membership subscriptions and tournament registration fees. We do not sell any physical products. Your subscription or registration is confirmed once your payment is successfully processed.
7. Pricing
Subscription and tournament registration fees vary by membership type, season, and tournament. The exact amount payable is displayed to you at checkout before you confirm payment. All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed at the time of payment.
8. Payments
All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. Your payment credentials are entered directly on Razorpay’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant platform. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.
9. Refund Policy
All membership subscription and tournament registration fees paid to IFCR Chennai are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully made, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, except where a payment has been charged in error or a duplicate payment has been made. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and any verified erroneous or duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
10. Cancellation Policy
As subscriptions and tournament registrations are confirmed immediately upon payment, they cannot be cancelled by the member once payment is completed, and no refund is due on such cancellation (subject to the Refund Policy above). IFCR Chennai reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any tournament or event. If an event is cancelled by IFCR Chennai and not rescheduled, the registration fees for that event will be refunded to the original payment method.
11. Shipping & Delivery
IFCR Chennai does not sell or ship any physical goods. All purchases are memberships, subscriptions, or tournament registrations, which are delivered electronically. Confirmation of your subscription or registration is provided by email and/or on-screen confirmation immediately after your payment is successfully processed. No physical shipment or delivery is involved.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites, including our payment gateway. We do not monitor or control the content of those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk.
13. Warranties and Liability
